Brian Felsen is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist (COHC) from Minneapolis, MN dedicated to transforming people’s relationship with sound through experience-based educational and awareness presentations. His expertise is focused on noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) prevention to improve personal safety, health and wellness, improve productivity, comfort sensory sensitivities, and is OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.95 compliant.
Based on his personal experience relating to noise-induced hearing loss and tinnitus, Brian educates, motivates, and increases self awareness by improving attitudes, understanding, and behaviors by taking people through a thorough overview of:

Brian travels throughout the country to corporations, municipalities, school districts, private music schools, conferences, trade shows, organizations, and more inspiring others to protect, preserve, and treat their hearing health. Brian’s company holds dozens of collegiate and professional sports licenses for hearing protection products and collaborates with domestic and international organizations in furtherance of improving people’s understanding of, appreciation for, and commitment to caring for their ears.
Brian offers on-site HIPPA-verified Audiometric Testing, E-A-R fit validation, 3M custom-branded consumer and promotional hearing protection, and OSHA-certified Occupational Hearing Conservation Programs in compliance with Standard 29 CFR 1910.95.
Aside from his life’s work, Brian is a golfer, reader, volunteer to many causes, musician, music lover of all genres and dogs, especially his late, beloved border collie rescue, Minnea (pronounced like “Mini”, short for Minneapolis)
